Here is a nice 27 year old lady living in east Arizona who requested a mommy makeover, at our Scottsdale, Arizona medical office. She requested a breast augmentation, a tummy tuck and liposuction of the tummy and hips. During the consult she mentioned another surgeon tried to convince her that a tummy tuck could not be done. She was told she was a better candidate for just lipo. She was not comfortable with this recommendation because it would not correct the excess skin she developed from childbirth. She was referred by a friend who had a tummy tuck by me previously. She said I did great "skinny girl tummy tuck" and wanted to see if I though she was a good candidate for a mommy makeover. I explained that she was indeed a good candidate for a tummy tuck. Before surgery, she was 5 feet 2 inches and 142 pounds. She was wearing a 32 small B cup and her right breast was slightly smaller than the left breast. During breast augmentation surgery, we used high profile saline breast implants, 390 cc on the left and 385 on the right, with both placed under the muscle and achieved a solid D cup. We also performed a tummy tuck and liposuction performed at a local Arizona plastic surgery and recovery center with an overnight stay. She is shown 3 months after cosmetic surgery and she likes her natural looking breast enhancement result. She is also wearing a D cup and loves her breast symmetry. She is now 7 pounds lighter than previous to surgery.
