A nice lady, 23 years old from Phoenix, Arizona requested a mommy makeover, at my Scottsdale, Arizona state-of-the-art plastic surgery center. She requested saline breast implants and tummy tuck as a combined procedure. During her consultation, she mentioned that after having kids she developed soft breasts that were flat and slightly saggy. She did not like her breast cup size, which used to be bigger before pregnancy. A nice goal for her was to have bigger breasts. We found almost no extra fat in her hips. I did not recommend liposuction for that reason. She desired perkier breasts and a fuller D cup. She was a good candidate for a breast augmentation. Before mommy makeover surgery, she is 5 feet 7 inches and 131 pounds. She was wearing a 34 B cup. During breast implant surgery, we used Moderate Plus saline breast implants, 400 cc on each side, placed under the muscle and achieved a mid D cup. We also performed a tummy tuck with no liposuction at a Phoenix plastic surgery center. She is shown 3 months after mommy makeover surgery and likes her natural looking breast result.
