This 29 year old lady from Sun City, Arizona requested tummy tuck with liposuction and Brazilian butt lift. We call this operation a mommy makeover type 4 or a composite body contouring procedure. Her goals were to reduce the size of her tummy and her back fat while achieving a bigger and rounder butt. After have 4 babies, her tummy became very flabby and her figure changed for the worst. Before the children, her buttock used to be very round and full. now, her buttock is flabby and has lost that beautiful roundness. She did not want a traditional buttock lift because of the long incisions. Instead, she requested to flatten her tummy using the tummy tuck with a very low incision technique and that I perform fat transfer to fill up her gluteals. She also wanted circumferential liposuction of the back, bra rolls, hips and thighs. I recommended a mommy makeover type 4. Before surgery, she is 5 feet 6 inches and 172 pounds. She had surgery at a local Arizona plastic surgery. She stayed overnight for greater comfort. She had 4.5 liters of unwanted fat removed via liposuction on the thighs, tummy, and back. She had a tummy tuck that removed 2 pounds of excess weight from her body. She had 900 cc of fat injections into each buttock. Photos 5 months after her surgery, demonstrate the new shape of the buttocks, back and tummy.
