Here's a 36 year old lady from Sedona, Arizona who wanted four plastic surgery operations to be performed at the same time. She requested tummy tuck, breast lift with breast implants, liposuction, Brazilian butt lift to be performed in one setting. She came to my cosmetic surgery center located in Scottsdale, Arizona for a consultation. She mentioned her fat pockets in the back and hips made her butt look undefined and small. She complained her tummy was flabby and had stretchmarks after 4 kids. She preferred to have a tighter tummy and a better figure. Her other goals were to improve the size and shape of her buttocks via fat injections. She requested a tummy tuck with liposuction of the back, thighs, and hips to tighten her tummy and reduce the size of her fat rolls. She then wanted me to perform the fat injections to the buttocks to fill out the upper butt. The operation also included a breast lift with saline filled breast implants under the muscle. Before surgery, she is 5 feet 2 inches and 136 pounds. I recommended a mommy makeover. Her plastic surgery operation was performed at a local Arizona plastic surgery and recovery hospital. During surgery, 3.5 liters of unwanted fat was removed via lipo on the thighs, tummy, and back. She then had 550 cc of fat grafting into each buttocks. She is shown 6 months after surgery with an excellent tight tummy and round and firm her buttocks now.
